I recently acquired this interesting ceramic art piece from Vietri sul Mare and I’m curious about its deeper meaning. The artwork features two figures: a male on the left with a star-shaped emblem on his chest and holding what appears to be a sword, and a female on the right dressed in a detailed skirt. The male’s posture is quite dominant, while the female seems more passive.

I’m fascinated by the dynamics and the possible narrative it represents. Could it be depicting a particular mythological story or historical event? I’d love to hear your interpretations or any insights you might have!
